When a cart contains a prescription-required medicine, checkout may require the customer to upload a clear copy of a valid prescription.
Prescription-required orders may remain pending until the prescription is reviewed through the SpeedaCure administrative/pharmacy workflow.
An unclear, incomplete, inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable prescription may be rejected or may require additional clarification before the order can proceed.
Products identified as controlled medicines are not processed through the normal unattended online checkout workflow and may require separate pharmacist handling or may not be available for online ordering.
